  Breech baby
The “breech” service aims to help you explore your options if your baby is breech (bottom first) and is provided by Expectancy’s Director, Denise Tiran, a midwife, university lecturer, author of Breech presentation: offering women additional choices & internationally renowned expert in maternity complementary therapies. She explains why some babies are breech & the pros & cons of the options you may have been offered by your obstetrician, plus information about alternatives such as the increasingly popular moxibustion, a Chinese technique to turn your baby to head first, homeopathic, herbal & other natural remedies which may help. Denise has a 65% success rate in turning babies to head first but can also advise you on the safe use of natural remedies if a Caesarean becomes inevitable.
