This interactive CD ROM explains why sickness is such a feature of pregnancy, and provides no-nonsense advice on how to deal with it. Suggestions for dietary and lifestyle changes are combined with information on a range of self-help strategies including acupressure wristbands and homeopathic remedies and advice on finding a complementary practitioner, such as a reflexologist, herbalist or hypnotherapist, with a strong emphasis on safety. This interactive CD ROM outlines the reasons for and types of breech presentation and offers explanations about the conventional methods of management including vaginal breech delivery, external cephalic version and Caesarean section. The advantages, disadvantages and safety aspects of a range of complementary strategies which may facilitate cephalic version include the Chinese technique of moxibustion, homeopathic remedies and yoga positions.
